Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These are the terms for using Netview. You accept them when you create an account. If anything is unclear, write to us at hola@netviewapp.com.
This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
1. What Netview is
Netview is an app for keeping track of your net worth: what you hold in accounts, investments and belongings, and what you owe. It is developed and maintained by Danel Alonso Egusquiza.
Netview is a read-only tool. It is not a bank, a broker, a payment institution or a financial adviser. It holds no money, does not execute buy or sell orders and does not provide investment advice or recommendations.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Use an email address that is yours and a password you do not use elsewhere.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone has got into it, change your password and let us know.
3. Your data is yours
What you log or import in Netview remains yours. We only use it to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains. You can export it and delete it whenever you like from the app.
If you import statements or data, you must have the right to do so. Usually they will be yours; if they belong to someone else, you need their permission.
4. Figures, prices and calculations
Netview calculates with the data you give it and with prices from external providers. Please bear in mind that:
- Prices and exchange rates come from third parties and may be delayed, contain errors or be unavailable.
- Loan payments and outstanding balances are estimates based on the terms you enter. The figure that counts is your lender’s.
- Statement reading can get unusual formats wrong, and AI may give a name or category that is not right. Check the preview before you confirm.
- Automatic Apple Pay logs what it receives from Shortcuts. Netview takes no part in the payment and cannot change or cancel it.
- Plan projections are simulations at a constant return. Markets do not behave like that, and they are neither a promise nor a recommendation.
Before making a financial decision, check the data with your bank or broker and, if you need to, consult a professional.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Netview for anything unlawful, and do not try to:
- access other accounts’ data or parts of the service that are not meant for you;
- overload the service, automate mass requests or use the prices for any other purpose;
- copy, decompile or resell the app or its content.
6. Plans and the Netview PRO subscription
Netview has a free plan, with no time limit, and an optional subscription, Netview PRO, which lifts the free plan’s limits and adds features such as insights, statement import and automatic Apple Pay. The app and the website always show what each plan includes.
- Price. In Spain, €4.99 a month or €34.99 a year, VAT included. In other countries the App Store sets the price in your currency and shows it before you buy.
- Free trial. The first time, you can try PRO free for 7 days. There is one trial per Apple Account. If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts and you are charged.
- Payment. Apple handles the payment and charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start with the trial, when it ends.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that end.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time in the app, under Settings → Netview PRO, or in your Apple ID settings, under Subscriptions. You keep PRO until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Netview account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds. Apple handles them under its own terms, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes. If the price goes up, Apple will let you know and, where the law or its rules require, ask you to accept it before the next renewal.
- If you leave PRO. None of your data is deleted. You go back to the free plan and its limits, and get PRO back if you subscribe again.
App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. As the subscription gives immediate access to digital content, by starting it you agree that access begins at that moment; rights of withdrawal and refunds are exercised with Apple, which sells the subscription.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep Netview always working and never losing anything, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions or errors. We may change, improve or withdraw features. If a change affects you significantly, we will let you know in good time.
8. Leaving
You can stop using Netview and delete your account whenever you like, from Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; unless it is serious or the law prevents it, we will let you know first and you will be able to export your data.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on what the app shows, nor for errors in third-party data such as prices or exchange rates, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its design, the Netview name and its logo belong to its developer. We give you permission to use the app for your personal use while you have an account.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the place where you live will have jurisdiction if you are a consumer. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change them significantly, we will let you know in the app or by email before they apply. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
